Hi, I’m Meg…
Author of Watch YA Language, yoga,movement, fascia, and nervous system specialist with a heart-led desire to help you get the most out of your body from the inside out. Offering online and in person techniques to guide you back to your own body.
Inviting healing, mental space, less tension, and a body and mind that is thriving through somatic movement, breath and fascia release. In return, you’ll develop a monologue that helps you create more abundance, gratitude and a move towards a life that you love.
I have been in the wellness industry since I was 18, I have been through nearly three decades of disordered eating and mental health battles. I have pushed, strived, and battled with never feeling enough to land here ten years ago into a body that started to get to know for the first time through the lens of the nervous system. A body that deserved me to look inward and choose to look after it, rather than punish it. A body that didn’t need to look for more and realized that she has everything she needs within her to succeed.
In my opinion, I believe the movement starts within. The body thrives when we learn to love and accept it, and that’s what I offer now to you.

Movement and Yoga Studio Opening 27th January 2026
Located in Anna Bay, in the beautiful Port Stephens. Offering yoga, fascial release, Yin, meditation, calisthenics, and foot, knee and hip health classes.
One on one coaching available and private four week courses on offer alongside weekly yoga classes.
This is a small, intimate, and community based space where my goal is to share better movement to the whole community and on-share knowledge for people to improve their health

I believe better movement is an inside job, helping the fascia to loosen its grip, and the nervous system to have the tools to return back to its ventral home before adding more to our systems.
Our world can be busy, fast, and overstimulating, our bodies were never meant to deal with the information overload that sends us into chronic survival states causing inflammation, pain,and dis-ease. This is a daily practice that can only be achieved by you and you alone. I will provide you with the tools, but I firmly believe that no one can provide the solution but ourselves, and it is within us that the answers appear.
